In addition to system development and perfecting the areas previously discussed, BGM's web developers are hard at work analyzing various components of data, industry-specific technology trends, and feedback from actual users, in an effort to translate this knowledge into higher-performing web systems, utilizing "nurturing" and "intelligent user" technology . BGM's development department is quickly producing some of the industry's strictest data validation and real-time reporting interfaces, leading to higher conversions and higher lead quality for both BGM's clients and affiliate networks.

    The marketing department at Blue Global Media is responsible for creating, sustaining and optimizing all in-house search, display and PPC marketing campaigns. BGM's President Chris Kay, has studied the "science of PPC" in-depth and is an industry leader for creating keyword-rich campaigns that convert highly for BGM clients and result in higher EPC for both affiliates and advertisers. In addition to building and managing various online marketing campaigns, the marketing department also tracks and delivers all real-time financial reporting, and is continually researching additional verticals as part of BGM's strategic market-growth and expansion plan.

    The Operations team at Blue Global Media manages all the day-to-day operations of the rapidly growing company including; administration, human resources, and accounting. Additionally, the Operations crew assists on various project management assignments for BGM's affiliate network as well as internal marketing campaigns.
  • Sales

    The sales team at Blue Global Media handles all aspects of creating and recruiting new advertisers/offers as well as managing new and existing exclusive BGM affiliates. The Sales team stays busy by researching, traveling and recruiting affiliates and advertisers at various industry conferences to grow the in-house BGM affiliate network. In addition the BGM sales team also works with various existing affiliate networks, as BGM's internal campaigns still drive valuable traffic for third-party brands and advertisers.
