  • Chris Kay

    Chief Executive Officer

    As the founder of Blue Global Media, Chris Kay has taken Blue Global Media from a small publisher to an expansive and innovative online marketing company. With many years of experience in the financial and mortgage industry, Chris leveraged his knowledge of finance to create a more efficient and effective way of acquiring customers online.

    Combining this with his experience in performance-based marketing technologies, Chris developed one of the most successful online customer acquisition portfolios in the finance arena. Six years later, as CEO, Chris continues to apply his proven strategies to various products, services and verticals.

    A lifelong student of business and economics, Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration. Chris’s entrepreneurial spirit makes Blue Global Media a vibrant and forward-looking online advertising company.




  • Chris Scoggin

    Chief Financial Officer

    Chris Scoggin joined Blue Global Media's senior leadership team in May 2011, as the Chief Financial Officer.  His primary focus is the management of company finances, the attraction of new capital, and supervision of strategic international growth.  He brings with him over 20 years of experience in finance, management and accounting, with 14 years as a senior financial executive in international and high-tech organizations.

    The last eight years found Chris as the CFO of The AIT Group, an international technology consulting firm based in the Phoenix metro area.  There, he led the organization in developing an information system strategy to allow for local strategic management in Europe and Asia Pacific with corporate oversight from their US headquarters. 

    Chris received his bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in 1989 and his CPA certificate in 1992.




  • Greg Robleski

    Chief Technical Officer

    Greg Robleski is the newest member of Blue Global Media’s senior management team, joining the company in February 2012 as the Chief Technical Officer. Greg has a working knowledge of technical administration, strategic planning and inter-company cooperation.

    In this executive level position, Greg’s role at Blue Global Media involves focusing on the daily technical functions as well as long term technological aspects within the company. Greg maintains the successful execution of Blue Global Media’s business strategy by planning and developing our online presence. His responsibilities require leveraging Blue Global Media’s service offerings as a web-based business, leading execution of online applications, and planning for risk and growth.




  • Robert Chung

    VP of Web Development

    Robert Chung joined Blue Global Media in the summer of 2009 as a web system developer. He quickly rose to the position of VP of Web Development as the company continued to expand its online portfolio. Rob holds an associate’s degree in electronic engineering technology and a bachelor’s degree in software engineering from the University of Advancing Technology.

    With a professional background in developing custom web systems and user-friendly applications, Rob worked for various lead generation companies and multi-product businesses prior to joining Blue Global Media. Rob brings an eye for small detail, good cross-departmental communication and a quick wit to the table.

    Currently overseeing the web development team, Rob assists in creating the best possible user experience for the company’s clients while balancing the best opportunities to create the highest possible revenue. Rob’s guidance and expertise in the web development area allows Blue Global Media to consistently outperform its competitors and offer clients the best ROI. 




  • Kat Perez

    VP of Design

    As VP of Design, Kat Perez leads the design team in creating a range of call-to-action online ad campaigns and direct marketing websites. Kat holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Arizona State University and has a uniquely diverse professional background.

    Originally entering the workplace as a teacher, Kat has many years of experience designing websites, ads and other business communication concepts. As the leader of the design team, Kat is continually participating in workshops, classes and seminars that lead to certifications and other achievements in web design.

    In her current role, Kat created highly optimized designs that result in better conversions and revenues for Blue Global Media publishers and advertisers. Kat’s creativity and leadership make her an integral part of the company’s focus and direction.




  • Matt Thomson

    General Counsel

    Matt Thomson is General Counsel for Blue Global Media. In his position, Matt handles a vast array of tasks including, in-house day-to-day activities, intellectual property protection, complex corporate transactions, legal cost management, oversight of the corporation’s compliance with federal and state regulations, and outsourcing of legal matters to outside counsel. 

    Matt joined Blue Global Media in November 2011. Prior to joining Blue Global Media, Matt was an attorney with Kronenberger Rosenfeld, LLP (formerly Kronenberger Burgoyne, LLP), an Internet law  firm in San Francisco, CA, where he counseled clients on a broad range of complex business and legal matters, including intellectual property, business development, privacy, brand protection, and state and federal regulatory compliance.

    Matt received his Juris Doctorate degree from The Indiana University Maurer School of Law, his LL.M (masters of law) degree in Intellectual Property from The George Washington University Law School, and his Bachelors of Arts degree from The University of California Santa Barbara.




  • Neely Tubati, SPHR

    Director of Human Resources

    Neely Tubati joined Blue Global Media in January 2012 as the Director of Human Resources. Neely holds two BA degrees from Arizona State University, in Psychology and Political Science, as well as a Senior Professional in Human Resources certificate. Her extensive knowledge and practice makes Neely a valuable addition to the Blue Global Media team.

    In her role as Director of Human Resources at Blue Global Media, Neely brings over eight years of human resources experience, including over four years of experience working with a Fortune 500 company. She applies her knowledge and experience to direct administrative duties including human resources responsibilities, recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations and recognition programs.




  • Rene Rodriguez

    Business Development, Pay Per Call

    Rene Rodriguez joined Blue Global Media in 2010 and now operates with the Business Development team to oversee Blue Global Media’s Pay Per Call program. Rene holds an interdisciplinary bachelor’s degree in business and communications from Arizona State University. He has more than ten years of administrative office, customer service and management experience.

    Before joining Blue Global Media, Rene was the accounts receivable manager at 944 Media. As part of the Business Development team, Rene oversees the duties of the account managers in the call center and the continued growth of the Blue Global Media PPC program. Rene’s organizational, planning and project management skills make him a valuable asset to the company.




  • Ellen Hansbury

    VP of Internal Marketing

    Ellen Hansbury joined Blue Global Media in 2010. As VP of Internal Marketing, Ellen is responsible for creating, managing and optimizing marketing campaigns that promote the company’s in-house offers, as well as outside offers and ventures. In addition to managing online and offline marketing solutions, Ellen is responsible for fostering strategic partnerships within the industry and finding new, creative ways to market the company’s services.

    Ellen holds a bachelor’s degree in communications with an emphasis in public relations, and a Master of Business Administration in marketing and advertising, both from the University of Cincinnati. With her extensive business and marketing background, Ellen plays an integral role in multiple departments within the company.




  • Stephanie Cobb

    Business Development, Credit Cards and Banking

    Stephanie Cobb joined the Blue Global Media team in February 2012 as a member of our business development team. Stephanie shares her extensive knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry, from having worked in the space for the last 8 years, and applies her expertise in the financial vertical to both manage and facilitate interactions for our credit and finance related offers.  

    In her role as a business developer, Stephanie works to build out Blue Global Media’s credit card and banking related offers as well as bringing in new advertisers to the Blue Global Media network. Stephanie holds a BS in Marketing Management from the University of Memphis and an MBA from Christian Brothers University.




  • Tri Nguyen

    Business Development, Education

    Tri Nguyen joined Blue Global Media as part of the business development team in February 2012. Tri graduated from the University of San Francisco with a degree in Computer Science, began his career as a web developer, and went on to gain the experience in technology and analytics that eventually progressed him up the industry ladder to Business Development.

    At Blue Global Media, Tri manages business interactions with advertisers and merchants within the education space to add to our portfolio of top performing offers in expanding verticals. His experience in the affiliate marketing industry, as well as in the education vertical, makes Tri a great addition to the Blue Global Media business development team.




  • Hana Mo

    Project & Production Manager

    As Project & Production Manager, Hana Mo manages and schedules major projects and operations, coordinates between departments on production efforts, such as launching new sites or entering new verticals, and documents cross-departmental workflows and business processes.

    Hana Mo joined Blue Global Media in mid-2011. She received a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona and has previous work experience as an IT applications manager, a seniors systems analytics and consultant. Hana is a native Arizonian.  




  • Dustin Christensen

    Content Director

    As the Content Director at Blue Global Media, Dustin Christensen is responsible for creating content for various products and websites, optimizing content for maximum online exposure, executing and tracking link-building and social media campaigns, and managing public relations communications. Dustin holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Northern Arizona University. Prior to working at Blue Global Media, Dustin was an editor for an academic lead generation company. He also has experience as a freelance writer.




  • Shay O’Neil

    Senior Web Developer

    As Senior Web Developer, Shay O’Neil works to develop visitor-friendly, efficient user interfaces and other systems. He holds a bachelor’s degree in software engineering from the University of Advancing Technology. Before joining Blue Global Media, Shay worked as a PHP Developer, .NET Consultant and Video Game Quality Assurance Tester.

    He has experience with a range of software engineering companies developing and coding websites as a contractor, consultant and full-time employee. In his current role, Shay helps ensure the effectiveness of the company’s real-time reporting, data validation interfaces and other technologies.




  • Aaron Shoemaker

    Web Designer

    Aaron Shoemaker joined the company as a Web Designer in 2010. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from St. Cloud University and an associate’s degree in arts from Anoka Ramsey Community College in Coon Rapids, MN. He has experience as a Production Artist and Graphic Designer with various companies, where he created logos and web designs, developed marketing materials, and built websites and custom Wordpress themes. At Blue Global Media, Aaron supports the web development team to develop web interfaces, manage troubleshooting and corrections, upload content, design and manipulate images and perform unit testing.




  • Don Toivola

    Web Designer

    In 2010, Don Toivola joined Blue Global Media as a Web Designer. Don supports the web development team through web interface creation, troubleshooting and correction management, unit testing, content uploading and image manipulation. He has experience in website design, development, and maintenance for various companies, including Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, Southwest Institute of Natural Aesthetics and Lion Web Works, LLC. Don specializes in web design, email marketing, email templates, content creation and graphic design.




  • Eric Cumberworth

    Web Developer

    Eric Cumberworth joined Blue Global Media as a Web Developer in 2010. After receiving a bachelor’s degree in individualized studies from the University of Toledo, Eric went on to found and co-own two companies – The Network LLP, a voice-over-IP provider, where he acted as Marketing Director, and Kayarc, LLC, a web design company, where he was the Lead Web Application Developer. Eric specializes in dynamic web application development, online marketing and search engine optimization. Eric works with the web development team by creating, improving and implementing web applications and systems.




  • Jennifer Jiang

    Affiliate Manager

    In 2010, Jennifer Jiang joined the company as an Affiliate Manager. Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature from Sichuan University of China. Prior to joining Blue Global Media, Jennifer was a Sales Director for an import and export company for three years. She has also worked for New York Life Insurance in Chengdu, China. As Affiliate Manager, Jennifer is responsible for the development of advertising solutions in the Chinese market.




  • Michele Vierra

    Affiliate Manager

    Michele joined Blue Global Media as an Affiliate Manager in late 2011. As a marketing strategist, Michele has more than six years of experience in creating and developing powerful brands through consumer insights that drive measurable results.

    Michele earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from Santa Clara University and an MBA in international business from Long Island University, where she also studied at the American University of Paris and the European Business School in London. Bringing a fresh perspective and entrepreneurial approach to affiliate marketing, Michele specializes in building and promoting branded offers to affiliates.

    Born and raised in Silicon Valley and having lived in Madrid, London, Paris and New York, Michele has a diverse international background that provides affiliates and business partners with expansive marketing opportunities. 




  • Genevieve Long

    Advertiser Management

    Genevieve Long started at Blue Global Media in December 2011. As an Advertising Manager, Genevieve coordinates advertiser relations, affiliate networking, and marketing campaigns.

    Genevieve holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Texas State University and her previous experience includes years of focusing on marketing, project and event coordination as well as administrative functions.




  • Jason Kay

    Advertiser Management

    Jason Kay joined the Blue Global Media team in December 2011. With over 20 years of sales experience, Jason brings a fresh perspective to the Blue Global Media management team. In his role at Blue Global Media, Jason works with buyers and advertisers with the intent of growing Blue Global Media’s vertical portfolio.

    Prior to joining Blue Global Media, Jason worked for Ingram Micro where he held the position of senior sales representative, following his work for Fender Musical Instruments where he traveled North America demoing instruments.




  • Zak Olroyd

    Web Developer

    Zak Olroyd assists the web development team in creating effective development systems for Blue Global Media’s portfolio of websites. Zak has three years of experience in programming and web development. Zak’s professional interested include game design and related programming. In his role, Zak implements, tests and validates various backend systems.




  • Jessica Negri

    Copywriter

    Jessica Negri joined Blue Global Media in March 2011 as a Copywriter. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a minor in business from Northern Arizona University. At Blue Global Media, Jessica is responsible for creating online content for different products and websites to optimize their online presences. Jessica has experience as a contributing writer and her professional interests include writing and marketing.




  • Jessi Caruso

    Executive Assistant

    Joining Blue Global Media in 2011 as an Executive Assistant, Jessi Caruso provides high-level administrative support to the company. Jessi is responsible for conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing various clerical and administrative functions. Jessi also coordinates events for the company, provides support and service to business partners and oversees a number of special projects for the company’s Chief-level officers. 




  • Akisha Burgett

    Legal Assistant

    Akisha Burgett joined Blue Global Media in 2011 as a Legal Assistant. Akisha holds a Juris Doctor from Arizona State University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and political science from the University of Arizona. Akisha is responsible for the planning, support and organization of various legal aspects of Blue Global Media’s operations. Akisha supports the marketing team by ensuring the legal compliance of the company’s marketing, advertising and operational efforts.




  • Christelle Hobby

    Copywriter

    Christelle Hobby joined Blue Global Media In 2011 as a Copywriter.  Prior to, she attended the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast communication.  After college, Christelle worked as an Associate Publicist for a local book publicity company where she refined her passion for writing.  At Blue Global Media, she is responsible for creating unique, informative online content that generates and retains high volumes of new visitors.  Christelle works as a part of the content team in an effort to optimize the online presence of Blue Global Media’s websites and products.  




  • Heather Kant

    Web Designer

    Heather Kant joined Blue Global Media in the summer of 2011 as a Web Designer. With more than eight years of experience in the industry, Heather specializes in web and print design, email marketing, social networking, photo editing and logo design. Heather studied design at the University of Wyoming in Laramie, Wyoming, and Collins College, in Tempe, Arizona.




  • Nicole Anaya

    Account Manager

    Nicole Anaya joined Blue Global Media in August 2011 as an account manager. Nicole studied at the University of Arizona and is now working toward a Bachelor of Science from the College of Technology and Innovation at Arizona State University. In her role at Blue Global Media, Nicole applies her experience as an assistant general manager to support our company’s acquisition efforts by helping to oversee and work with Blue Global Media’s account management team.




  • Tamika Colter

    Account Manager

    Having joined Blue Global Media in August 2011 as an Account Manager, Tamika Colter has experienced many changes in her department since starting with the company. In her role at Blue Global Media, Tamika assists in the customer acquisition process as well as helps to train new account managers. An Arizona native, Tamika received a certificate in Small Business Management at Gateway Community College and has over 14 years of experience in customer service, retail and sales. 




  • Joseph Bocanegra

    Account Manager

    Joseph Bocanegra joined Blue Global Media in December 2011. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications at ASU, and has seven years of customer service and technical support experience. As an account manager at Blue Global Media, Joseph applies his many years of experience to his responsibilities that include providing excellent customer management. Originally from Los Angeles, California, Joseph’s other professional interests include writing and public relations.




  • Shanae Gardner

    Account Manager

    Shanae Gardner joined the Blue Global Media team in December 2011. As an account manager, Shanae provides top-level customer service and account support to customers. Shanae attained her Associate of Arts from South Mountain Community College and is currently in her final year at Arizona State University pursuing a Bachelors of Sociology.




  • Alexandria McKay

    Account Manager

    Alexandria McKay joined Blue Global Media in January 2012 as an Account Manager. Alex graduated with a B.A in Political Science from the new interdisciplinary school of arts and sciences from Arizona State University and has over nine years of customer service experience. Prior to joining Blue Global Media, Alex was an account technical manager with a care team for a communication company for more than three years.
